Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
Analyze and summarize medical records.
Scan and maintain correspondence and pleadings files.
Manage calendaring and coordinate meetings.
Ensure documents are saved and filed into the appropriate workspaces/folders.
Apply proper formatting requirements for all Louisiana and Federal court documents.
File, fax filing, and e-file as applicable.
Capably manage multiple complex projects and deadlines.
Be dependable, punctual, cooperative, and an enthusiastic team player.
Qualifications
At least 3-4 years of paralegal experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Ability to prepare and analyze documents, manage medical records, and maintain organized files.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Professional demeanor and ability to work on multiple cases concurrently.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with the applicant’s level of experience.
