We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense) to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys by assisting with all phases of litigation, including legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize litigation matters and related tasks, including establishing chronologies and timelines for key case events
Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development and trial preparation
Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and related documentation
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness materials
Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Prior experience supporting insurance defense litigation is required
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 82,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
