Role Description
This is a full‑time Litigation Paralegal position based on‑site in the Greater Chicago Area. The role involves supporting attorneys through legal document preparation, conducting comprehensive legal research, reviewing case documents, drafting pleadings and motions, and ensuring organization and accuracy in case files. The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in the case management process by collaborating closely with the legal team to ensure the smooth progression of litigation matters.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Strong skills in Legal Research
Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with legal software and document management systems
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
Previous experience in a litigation law firm or similar legal environment is a plus
