
Immigration Bilingual Paralegal (English / Spanish)

Our firm serves adiverse andpredominantly Spanish-speakingcommunity, and we are looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and committed to helping clients navigate complex legal processesin a fast-paced environment.We're a strong firm with close ties to Minnesota's immigrant and refugee communities.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to collect case information and documentation under attorney supervision;
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, letters, and forms using attorney templates;
Prepare applications and supporting documentation for immigration agencies and EOIR courts;
Assist with filings related to immigration, criminal, and family law matters in Minnesota;
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting evidence;
Track deadlines, court dates, interviews, and follow-ups to ensure timely case progress;
Maintain accurate records using the firm’s case management system;
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests;
Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required);
At least 2+ years of immigration law or related law experience;
College coursework or experience in a legal office preferred;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication;
Ability to follow multi-step instructions with precision;
Comfortable working with individuals from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds;
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general office software
This position works primarily in an office setting and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
Compensation
$50,000-60,000 depending on experience and skills. Medical/Dental benefits.
