How you’ll make an impact in this role
Greet patients, manage high‑volume phone calls, document scanning, and reception area organization.
Coordinate with radiologists, technologists, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Burn CD's with patient imaging studies and manage secure, HIPAA‑compliant transfer of digital medical records.
Ability to work part‑time evenings, occasional Saturday or Sunday and occasional 11:00 a.m. -7:30 p.m. shift.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
