How you’ll make an impact in this role
Provide direct nursing care to high-risk labor and delivery patients following established protocols and guidelines.
Implement and monitor individualized care plans for laboring patients, recording and communicating any changes in condition.
Serve as the primary coordinator for all healthcare disciplines involved in high-risk deliveries.
Execute physician and nursing orders and coordinate with the healthcare team for discharge planning and follow-up care.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
