Responsibilities
Create a seamless patient arrival experience by managing the check-in and out process with a focus on hospitality and clinical readiness.
Lead the accuracy of patient care records by verifying demographic and insurance data to ensure every patient’s journey is documented correctly from the start.
Support the financial health of the clinic by securing necessary insurance authorizations and managing daily co-payments and deposits with expert precision.
Orchestrate the clinic’s daily flow by scheduling appointments and managing medical record requests to keep the healthcare team and the patients perfectly in sync.
Education and Experience
What minimum requirements you’ll need
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
