4x10 Schedule, 3 Day weekends! Mon - Thurs.
8 am–6 pm
11:30 am–9:30 pm
Salary Ranges
Independently Licensed: $76,960 and up
Preliminary Licensed: $64,480 and up
Supervision provided

Role Overview
The Therapist II is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. Therapist II will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. Therapist II will conduct psychosocial and bio‑psychosocial assessments, collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Therapist II has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.
Education
Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required
Credentials
Independently Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor, or other behavioral health related field
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor)
Licensed PhD/PsyD
LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate)
ADDC (Addiction Counselor Candidate)
MFTC (Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate)
CPR and BFA Certification required
Experience
Minimum two (2) years of work experience in behavioral health field required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrates proficiency in communication & written skills
Knowledge of State & Federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws
Knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards
Proficiency in electronic medical records utilizing HeatherAI
Proficient in documenting medical standards per ASAM and Locus criteria
