Eurofins Environment Testing is looking for a
Sample Bottle Prep Technician
in our Derry, New Hampshire laboratory.
Responsibilities
Preserves bottles; packing bottle orders according to client specifications; stocking shelves and supplies; printing bottle orders (if required); shipping bottle orders on the FedEx system; preparing acid dilutions.
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
Regular attendance and punctuality
Packs bottle orders accurately following guidelines from client and company SOPs
Follows procedures for packing bottles, preparing orders, preserving bottles, preparing dilutions or acids, and interpreting bottle order requests
Preserves bottles following SOP guidelines
Restocks shelves with the proper bottle types
Keeps area clean and free of clutter
Prepares dilutions of acids used in preserving bottles
Prepares samples in coolers with bubble wrap for shipping
Washes coolers
Ships bottle orders on the FedEx system
May perform courier duties and pick up samples from client sites
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
Able to stand, bend, twist throughout the day
Must be able to understand and follow SOPs and work instructions
Must be able to operate a computer and printer
Demonstrated effective communication skills and relate well to people in direct communication
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Must have a valid US drivers license without recent incident. Will drive company provided vehicle as needed.
Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
Perform other duties as assigned
