Internship: Land Survey Intern
At David Evans and Associates, Inc., our Surveying and Geomatics team combines tradition with cutting‑edge technology to deliver precision and innovation in aerial LiDAR, topographic, and construction surveys, BIM modeling, and more.
Location: Washington state – potential office locations include Woodinville, Bellevue, Everett, Bellingham, Olympia, and Tacoma.
Responsibilities
Support survey operations as a junior crew member working on boundary, topographic, ALTA, right‑of‑way, and construction surveys for public and private clients.
Operate and maintain survey equipment, collect field data, and record accurate field notes.
Perform basic survey calculations and assist with data reduction and processing.
Collaborate with team members and clients to support project delivery.
Work primarily in the field with occasional office tasks, including data management and preparation of survey drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in and taking coursework toward a degree program that includes Land Surveying.
Willingness and ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
