Supervising Clinician

We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed clinician with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as a Supervising Clinician.

The Supervising Clinician will provide clinical supervision to Behavior Support Specialists, manage direct‑care staff, oversee the content and implementation of in‑home treatment plans, and maintain a case load. The role requires supervising and guiding a team of Behavior Support Specialists while ensuring high‑quality services for children, youth, and families.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.

Independent New York state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC‑D).

Minimum two years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting.

Proficiency in supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.

Experience in quality management preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

Valid driver’s license.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation

Full‑time salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year.
