Join Aurora BayCare’s 19‑bed Observation Unit—a fast‑paced environment designed with a unique structure and floor layout to support efficient, high‑quality care for a diverse patient population.
Team nursing model fosters collaboration among CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, providing seamless delivery of daily cares, assessments, medications, and discharge planning. You will be responsible for:
Delivering daily cares, assessments, medications, and discharge planning.
Collaborating with CNAs, LPNs, and RNs within a team nursing model.
Providing postoperative care across orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, urologic surgery, cardiac pacemaker/ablation, and breast surgery.
Managing general medical patients requiring short‑term observation stays.
Floating to other units as needed to broaden skills and experience.
