Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects
Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree a must, sales experience and/or financial internships a plus
A business mindset: motivated by the chance to help prospective clients while focusing on personal growth
Personable and caring, with a natural ability to connect and communicate with others
Enthusiastic, high energy, and positive attitude
Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership, learning agility, and ability to work autonomously
Honesty, integrity, & ethics: you can be trusted to do the right thing for clients and for the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner who is comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Compensation
$80,000+ at plan earnings per year.
