Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Available
This position is eligible for a $4,000 sign‑on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Responsibilities

Safely test industrial electrical equipment from 24 Vdc to 480 Vac and perform function tests on all products

Use electrical testing tools such as FLUKE multimeters, insulation testers, high‑potential voltage testers, etc.

Complete inspection and testing documentation

Proficiently interpret data from electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics

Perform QC hold points and verify manufacturing quality
on‑conformances

Be computer literate (e.g., basic data entry programs and time‑entry applications)

Travel to multiple manufacturing locations to perform QC checks and training

Follow training and company procedures

Represent the organization with the ability to be a liaison to customers, adhering to company standards and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism

Comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for safe and efficient operation and maintain respectful relationships with all employees

Perform all work in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required

0‑2 years troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, power, and control systems

0‑2 years troubleshooting mechanical and pumping systems

0‑2 years in quality control

NFPA 70E certification preferred

Proficient use of hand tools and test equipment is necessary

Interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment

Work well with others in a team‑oriented environment

Meet deadlines while working safely and producing a quality product

Work flexible hours, including overtime

Adhere to the company’s attendance policy

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lb. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) for each situation.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Pay Range
Salary Range: Starting from USD $33.50 per hour.
