What You’ll Do

Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems

Perform maintenance, repairs, and system recommendations

Identify water quality or plumbing opportunities during calls

Educate homeowners and recommend the right solutions

Turn service calls into high-value sales opportunities

Pay Structure

Competitive hourly base

Commission on HVAC sales, upgrades, and water systems

Uncapped earning potential

$30–$40/hr + commission $80,000–$130,000+ total earning potential

What We’re Looking For

HVAC experience required

Plumbing or water treatment experience is a strong plus

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and making recommendations

Sales‑minded with strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license with clean record
