We’re hiring an experienced Fiber Optic Splicer to perform clean, straightforward splicing work. Your focus is on splicing, closing out terminals, and completing quality checks — no pulling, drilling, or construction labor. You’ll also receive additional training to grow your skills and advance into multiple areas of fiber and telecom.
What You’ll Do:
Splice fiber using a fusion splicer
Close out terminal boxes and ensure clean, organized work
Verify light levels and complete all quality checks
Build and close FOSC enclosures as needed
Document splices, counts, OTDR results, cut sheets, and photos
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Read splice plans and basic blueprints
What You'll Need:
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Strong attention to detail and clear communication
Safety Expectations:
Follow all PPE and safety rules
Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
Ensure tools and equipment are stored safely
Assist with basic traffic awareness when needed
