Role Description

Qualifications

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Understanding of Benefits Administration processes

Experience in coordinating and supporting Training programs

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
