Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered trucks and fleet equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Complete inspections to ensure DOT compliance and safety standards
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Work closely with team members to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time, on-site position based in St. Cloud, MN
Flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings
Indoor shop environment with hands-on mechanical work

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical college is preferred.
One year related experience and/or training.
Class A CDL required, or willingness to obtain
Skills, Certifications & Licenses
Certificate and Licenses: Valid Class A CDL Drivers license and acceptable driving record per company policy
Ability to obtain a DOT medical examiner certificate
Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screen and safety background check
Ability to qualify for power equipment certification; Bobcat certified
MIP certification through the State of Minnesota, or willingness to obtain
