Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Personal Injury Paralegal
with
5–10 years of hands-on experience
to join our fast-paced, client-focused legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters.
Conduct client intake interviews and maintain ongoing client communication with professionalism and empathy.
Draft and prepare legal documents including demand letters, discovery requests, medical chronologies, motions, and settlement packages.
Request, organize, and summarize medical records, billing statements, and other case-related documentation.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and court filings.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel to keep cases moving efficiently.
Track case deadlines and ensure compliance with statutes of limitations and court requirements.
Support attorneys with administrative/legal tasks as needed.
Qualifications
5–10 years of personal injury paralegal experience required.
Strong understanding of litigation processes, medical terminology, and PI case workflow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Needles, Clio, TrialWorks, Filevine—preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
