
Paralegal

We are seeking an organized and motivated Paralegal to join our personal injury law firm. This role is essential to supporting Mr. Hooss through every phase of litigation, from initial filing through trial and resolution, while ensuring all deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled with deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. In this position, you will be responsible for drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery; maintaining organized case files and litigation calendars; and coordinating all aspects of scheduling, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial dates. You will communicate regularly with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and medical providers, while also organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely compliance with court rules and orders. You will also play a key role in moving cases toward resolution by assisting with discovery responses, organizing evidence and case files, and supporting Mr. Hooss with mediation and trial preparation. Qualifications
Legal experience preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and driven.
Detail-oriented, skilled with deadlines, comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly.
