What We Offer
Skills-Based Pay: Earn as you learn an extra $0.50/hr per level (up to 4 levels).
Annual Raises of up to $1.00/hr every year.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Quality Inspections: Conduct tests, measurements, and evaluations to ensure parts meet specifications.
Master Precision Tools: Use the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other instruments to capture accurate data.
Analyze & Report: Record findings, document quality issues, and communicate results to management.
Support Production Teams: Train team members on quality processes and help maintain consistent standards.
Drive Improvement: Identify defects, spot trends, and recommend solutions to strengthen product quality.
Organize Sorting Activities: Coordinate internal sorting efforts to support production and delivery goals.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Strong reading, mathematical, computer, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior CMM training or certification.
Ability to identify defects and opportunities for improvement through data and trend analysis.
