Part-Time Mediation & Research Law Clerk

The City of Cleveland is seeking a Deputy Bailiff Law Clerk to provide legal and administrative support to the Judge and Magistrates. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting memoranda, and conducting mediations for Small Claims cases. A four-year college degree is required, and completion of law school is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain professionalism and high ethical conduct. This part-time position is contingent upon a criminal record check and drug testing.
