CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals for an opportunity with a leading organization in Dallas. These roles will support high-impact legal teams handling complex litigation, including mass tort and personal injury cases. The ideal candidates bring strong trial preparation experience and can manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while directly supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with attorneys to support cases from early stages through trial

Prepare and organize trial materials including exhibits, binders, and case documentation for court proceedings

Coordinate experts, witnesses, and scheduling logistics for hearings, depositions, and trial

Draft legal documents including correspondence, motions, and discovery materials

Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate litigation calendars across multiple cases (4-5 active cases typical)

Utilize platforms such as Pacer, Westlaw, Litify, Needles, or similar case management systems

Support trial execution with real-time assistance, document prep, and exhibit management

Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case strategy

Handle document management including scanning, e-filing, and PDF preparation

Collaborate with legal teams across specialized practice areas including mass torts (Roundup, Talc, IVC, Asbestos, Sexual Assault)

Requirements

5-10 years of litigation paralegal experience with strong trial preparation background

Personal injury or mass tort experience required (mass tort highly preferred)

Experience supporting complex cases such as Roundup, Talc, IVC, Asbestos, or Sexual Assault matters strongly desired

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of legal documentation, court procedures, and trial processes

Experience with case management systems (Needles, Litify, Pacer, Clio, or similar)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, e-signature tools, and document management systems

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Paralegal certification or related education preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (6-12 months)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: On-site

Salary: $60-$80/hr

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available during contract period and upon full-time conversion
