
Legal Assistant - Family Law

We are working with an Award Winning Family Law Firm and they are looking to bring on an experience Legal Assistant to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone with 2+ years of legal experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate active legal calendars, including scheduling depositions, hearings, and client meetings.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files according to strict office and legal protocols.
Draft, proofread, and process legal correspondence and basic legal documents.
Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and briefing materials are prepared in advance.
Provide ad hoc support for legal staff, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a legal or corporate setting
Prior experience working for a family law firm
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High standards of ethics, ability to take initiative, and a "take charge" attitude to meet deadlines.
The annual salary for this position is between 80k-100k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
