Law & Motion Attorney (100% Remote – California)

📍 Based in Los Angeles, CA | Fully Remote


A highly respected and fast-growing litigation firm is seeking a Law & Motion Attorney to join its team. This firm is known for its strong litigation outcomes, high-volume success, and commitment to excellence in legal advocacy, making it an ideal environment for attorneys who enjoy deep legal analysis and impactful motion work.

This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll focus on what you do best—legal research and writing—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Draft, review, and argue (if applicable) substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to compel, and other pre-trial motions
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and develop case strategies
  • Collaborate closely with trial attorneys to support case progression
  • Analyze case law and apply it to ongoing litigation matters
  • Contribute to high-impact cases with meaningful legal arguments


What We’re Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar license (required)
  • 2–8+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion work
  • Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly preferred


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $200,000.

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
