Starting Pay
$27+ per hour.
Responsibilities
Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client needs
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial and agriculture projects
Frame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bathroom partitions
Perform high‑quality, detailed workmanship
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Travel within the state of WI as required
Maintain a safe work environment
Exhibit an ownership mentality
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
Willingness to travel within the state of WI
Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs ground to shoulder, 80 lbs ground to carry height)
Ability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for long periods during physical labor
Multi‑tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
