Appointment Setter – Warm Leads (In-Office)

Job Summary
We are hiring motivated Appointment Setters to contact warm leads who have expressed interest in assistance with exiting their solar energy contracts. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling appointments for the sales team to finalize deals. This is a high-volume, phone-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, telemarketing, and daily performance goals.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads throughout the day
Schedule appointments for the sales team using company scripts
Enter accurate customer details into the CRM system
Maintain strong phone etiquette and a friendly, professional tone
Handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude
Participate in two weeks of paid training and ongoing coaching
Qualifications
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or marketing required
Background in solar, home improvement, windows, gutters, cruise packages, or similar industries is a plus
Comfortable being on the phone for most of the workday
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and not afraid of rejection
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Reliable, coachable, and able to work in-office
Flexible availability for various shift times
