What You’ll Do
The Lead Dental Assistant is DAANCE certified individual responsible, conversant with the oral and dental assistant role, who has accountability for the day to day back‑office operations in a designated patient care area. Compliance with all regulatory groups to ensure safe, ethical, and quality patient/family‑centered care. The lead assistant promotes MAGIS behavior within the organization and patient care area; and supports various health system‑sponsored programs.

What You’ll Need For This Job
High School Diploma required plus training acquired through work experience.
3‑5 years of previous job‑related experience.
1‑2 years of managerial experience.
CPR/BLS – American Heart Association.
DAANCE/DANB required.
Compensation
Pay Range: $20.02 – $31.03 per hour
