Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Missouri SLP license or ability to obtain state license prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
• Demonstrated experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication interventions, and documentation in electronic medical records.
• Client requires ability to float between Boonville and other nearby facilities, including Columbia. This is a required assignment expectation.
• Preferred: Experience with Medicare documentation and care planning in post-acute settings.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Work Schedule: 5x8.
• Floating Requirement: Position will float between Boonville and Columbia.
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
