Collections Representative

Job Title: Collection Specialist/Collector

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Location: Hales Corners, WI - Hybrid

Duration: 07+ Months, Possible Contract to hire

Note:

Schedule: 8am-5pm (4 days per week) and 10am-7pm (1-day per week)

Job Description

• Contact delinquent loan customers daily by telephone via the auto-dialer or by dialing directly to resolve delinquency issues.
• Triage inbound calls: handle collection calls or transfer customers to specialty areas within the department/bank as appropriate.
• Document all conversations, information, and account changes in the system to ensure a complete and accurate record of the delinquency or its resolution.
• Collect delinquent accounts in accordance with department and compliance standards.
• Meet department goals for delinquency resolution by contacting and resolving the greatest number of customer issues to reduce bank risk.
