* 1:5 with frontline coverage from senior-level residents

* No Research Required
* Light academic requirements focused on workstation teaching and mentorship
Compensation & Benefits :
* Competitive Compensation: $662K annual comp including base, individual bonus, department bonus, and call pay

Qualifications :
* Certifications: BC/BE and completion of ACGME-approved IR/RD residency or IR fellowship program
* Licensure: Eligibility for Mississippi medical licensure
