Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Conversion Consultant

Keys to your success
Minimum 3 years of experience with HCM conversions and Fast Formulas;
Minimum 1 full implementation as Core HR conversion resource;
1 full implementation as Payroll conversion resource, including mid-year balances;
Experience with HDL and HSDL;
Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS experience;
Knowledge of Fast Formula development;
Knowledge of Conversion processes;
Familiarity with the following Cloud modules: Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Labor;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Self-motivated and ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;
Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Extra edge

Oracle certification;
Additional Cloud module experience.

Your day-to-day

Provide Oracle HCM Offshore Techno-Functional consulting services;
Coordinate with functional leads to:
Convert client's data for all HCM modules;
Create Fast Formulas per the scope of the project.

Track conversion statistics and issues;
Develop and test Fast Formulas.
