Department: Talent Acquisition & Innovation • Pay Range: $68,724.00 - $97,073.00 per year
Location note: Hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
Support the full lifecycle recruitment process across the RWJBarnabas Health system within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation CoE.
Drive recruitment strategies, build trusted relationships, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and guide hiring decisions.
Manage offer processes with confidence and professionalism.
Communicate clearly and promptly to ensure a great experience for all involved.
Use tools, technology, and social media to attract and engage talent.
Support internal employees with transfers and career growth opportunities.
Keep systems and reports accurate and up to date.
Represent RWJBH at career fairs, professional organizations, and networking events.
Typical Day
Focusing on high-priority and hard-to-fill positions and tailoring sourcing approaches.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and guide decisions.
Building trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders across the system.
Leading with integrity and a passion for finding top talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
Recruitment experience in IT/Technology, Corporate functions, Nursing or Allied Health is required. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. Experience with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and prior experience in healthcare talent sourcing or recruiting is strongly preferred. Experience in recruiting, talent identification, or research within a search firm is required.
