Job Title: Medical Equipment - Procurement Specialist
Location : Charleston, SC
Duration : 2-3 year contract
Rate:
$25-35hr
Job Description:
•Use Medical Equipment - Procurement Specialist plans and lists to request quotes from vendors
•Confirm quoted equipment configuration if required with end users
•Checklist for quote: Project name, address, Contract number, MSA document reference, other T&Cs.
•Route for PO (Purchase Order)
•Address any paperwork issues to obtain PO (Purchase Order).
•Reconcile with budget tracker and provide updates as needed for budget, % quoted, % POs issued, any issues, or risks.
•Coordinate dates for delivery with vendor with Project Manager and CM.
•Coordinate delivery dates for all others with Project Management team.
•Assist in dock management to receive equipment.
•Assist Project Manager in tracking invoices for equipment.
•Coordinate lists and schedules with BioMed for asset tagging and PMs.
**Some overnight travel within SC required. NTE 10%.**
