Location : On-Site - Lakewood, CO

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Pay Range : $22.00 - $28.00 / hour

Position Summary

At Edge Construction Specialties, we don't just move materials -we build high-end architectural millwork projects that demand precision, organization, and accountability. We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who takes ownership of material flow and plays a critical role in keeping our shop running efficiently.

This is not a typical warehouse role. You'll be directly connected to production-ensuring every job has the right materials, in the right place, at the right time.

Primary Responsibilities

Own the Flow of Materials
Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and packing slips
Inspect deliveries for damage or shortages and communicate issues quickly
Accurately label and assign materials to specific jobs
Organize by Job

Store and manage materials by job number and production phase
Maintain clear organization so materials are easy to locate and ready when needed
Track shortages and proactively communicate with purchasing and production teams
Support Daily Production

Pull and stage materials based on the production schedule
Deliver materials to workstations (CNC, Panel Saw, Assembly, etc.)
Ensure crews have everything they need before work begins
Remove dunnage and debris to keep production areas clean and efficient
Coordinate with Purchasing

Monitor incoming materials tied to open purchase orders
Help reconcile deliveries and flag discrepancies
Stay ahead of potential delays that could impact production
Keep the Warehouse Running Smoothly

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and material flow
Assist with Shipping & Deliveries (As Needed)

Prepare finished goods for shipment
Load trucks in proper sequence for jobsite delivery
Coordinate with field teams when required

Production teams are never waiting on materials
Jobs are clearly organized and easy to track in the warehouse
Receiving is accurate and issues are caught early
The warehouse is clean, efficient, and well-structured
Communication is proactive-not reactive
Requirements

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or millwork environment preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to read basic job paperwork, dimensions, or cut lists
Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of their area
Comfortable using basic computer systems and smartphones
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Forklift certification
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Experience supporting production or shop environments
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

On-site warehouse and shop environment with exposure to varying conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Ability to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various weather
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Dexterity and coordination required when using tools and equipment
