This role is a key position within our manufacturing plants and supports our production team leads as they drive production to the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards by embracing the Company's RCE philosophy. The machine operator operates and maintains the sealing machine equipment. This pivotal role impacts line efficiencies by increasing production, reducing rework and minimizing downtime. This key position will be a champion of line maintenance for the T400, check weigher and metal detector.

Minimum Qualifications:
GED/High School Diploma
Reading, Writing, Speaking English
Comprehension of basic math
Mechanically inclined
Willingness to work in a cold/wet environment
Able to work flexible schedule
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Team player-able to work on a team
Ability to multitask
Ability to lead/direct workflow
Ability to understand plant KPI's (production, quality & safety)
Physical Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, this position entails use of ladders and catwalks to reach production equipment, regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to extreme cold for extended periods of time. The associate frequently works in high, precarious places. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
