Racker Position
As a Racker, you will:
Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders
Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage
Perform visual inspections of parts before processing
Record production information accurately
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals
This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment
perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.
What to Expect on the Job:
Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment
A team-oriented environment where attitude matters
What we're Looking For:
Entry-level candidates welcome
no prior manufacturing experience required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
