Production Worker Opportunity

A well-established manufacturing company in Ballard is looking to add a Production Worker to their team. In this role, you'll support packaging and production operations, working with equipment and following detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency.
This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
This is a temporary position anticipated to last at least 3 months, offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to gain experience with a stable and reputable company.
Production Worker Duties:
Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
Follow written instructions for filling, labeling, and packaging products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support general production and warehouse tasks as needed
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Production Worker Requirements:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable with a consistent attendance record
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday
Thursday, 6:00 AM
4:30 PM (4x10 schedule)
Location: Ballard, Seattle, WA Bus accessible and free parking available
