Job Summary
To serve as the premier front-of-house hospitality lead for ZO, the client's global amenity platform at The Franklin Center. This role is dedicated to establishing a warm, inviting environment for tenants while managing seamless day-to-day logistics, administrative operations, and community engagement of the ZO Lounge. As a Rapport representative, the Workplace Ambassador embodies high energy, curiosity, and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" commitment to hosting excellence.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-touch guest experience, including welcoming members, hosting spaces, and resolving service issues
Coordinate daily clubhouse operations, ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and fully functional
Manage communications, including email inquiries, help center requests, and daily shift reporting
Execute and support events end-to-end, including setup, coordination, and member engagement
Partner with property management on facility needs, inventory, and maintenance requests
Track space usage, member engagement, and communicate schedules across building teams
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, guest services, or front-of-house environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Proven ability to problem-solve and manage operations proactively
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/platforms
Experience supporting events or working in fast-paced, high-volume environments preferred
High energy, team-oriented, and able to balance administrative and hands-on responsibilities
