Required Availability
Must be able to work one or more of the following shifts: 6am-2pm, 9am-2pm, 11am-8pm, or 4pm-8pm.
Must be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
Must be able to work Monday-Saturday.
Must be able to work in a year-round capacity. No summer/seasonal positions are available.
Required Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must have a MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) in good standing at the time of applying for position.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have at least 6 months of safe driving experience.
Must be able to work outside, in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain, with provided, proper weather attire.
Must be willing and able to obtain Food Handler Certification and complete a Defensive Driving Course within 14 days of start date.
Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented.
Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 20-25 lbs. without assistance)
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle while delivering orders in a timely and professional manner.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) with guests and team members in order to safely and effectively perform delivery and customer service responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Flexibility and open availability between 6am and 8pm is a plus.
Previous customer service, food service, or delivery experience is preferred but not required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver orders to guests in a safe, timely, and professional manner using a Chick-fil-A vehicle.
Make every guest interaction memorable and remarkable by delivering exceptional, accurate, and efficient service while applying the Core 4 and executing our Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy in every interaction.
Provide excellent hospitality during order handoff, curbside delivery, and all guest-facing interactions.
Assist with various tasks inside the restaurant between deliveries or when deliveries are slow, including Front Counter/Register, Drinks, Desserts, and Dining Room.
Communicate clearly and effectively with leaders and team members regarding delivery timing, order issues, guest concerns, and operational needs.
Maintain cleanliness of your work area, as well as the dining room, parking lot, restrooms, playground, and delivery vehicle as needed.
Education & Experience
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or delivery driving is preferred but not required.
Salary & Compensation
$12 - $14/hour + tips, depending on availability, role, and experience
