In This Exciting Opportunity, You Will:
Accurately direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with basic knowledge of all departments & positions and stay up to date with employees on PTO.
Correspond and update office employees regarding important and upcoming events, notifications, meetings etc.
Oversee and coordinate office events and meetings as requested.
Maintain, organize, and purchase supplies and materials for the office and remote employees.
Responsible for working with building management to report issues and coordinate service/repairs both interior & exterior of the building, office arrangement & decoration, all office keys and cleanliness of office spaces.
Organize company events by setting up food and activities at internal & external venues for employees and visitors.
Seek projects and ways to be an asset and support other departments.
Provide transportation to complete routine office errands as needed.
What You Bring:
2 years of relevant administrative support experience.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS).
Willingness to learn skills beyond administrative duties.
May require purchasing and expensing of purchased items.
