Job Summary:
The position works closely with internal partners and agencies to ensure marketing programs are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including building, testing, and scheduling emails and journeys. Follow email best practices to help ensure deliverability, accuracy, and consistent brand presentation
Maintain and update the email calendar to ensure visibility across teams and support on-time delivery
Work with customer support on potential email campaign feedback
Website Management
Implement ongoing website content updates, including copy, imagery, and links
Review website pages for accuracy and freshness and support routine audits with the brand team
Assist with basic SEO updates and content optimization efforts
Help troubleshoot website issues in coordination with internal teams and agency partners
Event Support
Create, test, and deploy event registration pages and event-related email communications using Cvent
Ensure access to and delivery of basic event performance and registration reporting
Paid Media & Social Support
Support agency partners and internal teams with the execution of paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Help monitor campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities for optimization
Assist with social media calendar updates and scheduling of organic social posts across social channels
Data Management & Reporting
Assist with data preparation and audience list management for campaign execution
Support data cleansing activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Help consolidate paid media, email, website, and event data into reports and dashboards
Review results and assist in highlighting key insights and trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Additional Responsibilities
Work closely with the broader Marketing team and cross-functional partners, including Sales, Commercial Operations, Professional Affairs, and Finance
Support collaboration between agency partners and internal marketing teams to help ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
Support team efforts to improve processes and streamline marketing execution
Stay informed on updates and best practices related to email, website management, landing pages, and digital marketing tools
Participate in the development of annual digital objectives, as needed
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned
Travel Requirements :
Travel will be required as part of this job - up to 10% of time
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform
Experience managing content within CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, or similar systems
Familiarity with BrightEdge or similar SEO tools and general SEO best practices
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Exposure to paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
Experience with Google Analytics
Strong knowledge of Excel
Experience with Cvent or similar event management tools
Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across teams to support shared goals
Demonstrates reliability, ownership of tasks, and initiative in execution
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey information, present ideas, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Work Environment:
Normal Office Environment (onsite 5 days per week)
Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job
Prolonged sitting and using a computer
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years related experience in marketing automation is required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing; MBA/Master's a plus

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $70,000.00 and $93,200.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
