Now Hiring: Shipping Associate
Inova Staffing is hiring for a Shipping Associate with one of our great clients in Willoughby! This is a clean, organized, and well-run facility with a quiet but busy environment. Youll be joining a tight-knit team of three in a smaller division where reliability and teamwork matter.
Shift & Pay
1st Shift: MondayFriday
Hours: Flexible between 7:30 AM
5:00 PM
Schedule: 8-hour day + 30-minute lunch
Pay: $18.00/hour
Potential raise within the first two months or upon hire (3-4 months) based on performance
Job Duties
Prepare parts for shipment from packing lists
Create shipping labels using FedEx / WorldShip
Pick and pack parts (small items up to larger parts; up to 50 lbs with assistance)
Prepare pallets as needed
Unload incoming trucks
Perform light computer work
What Were Looking For
Shipping/warehouse experience
Experience in parts-based environments is a plus
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to work in a team-focused environment
