Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM platforms

Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and contribute to largescale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multifaceted engineering challenges requiring deep evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented or intangible considerations. You will contribute to resolving complex technical situations while applying strong understanding of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role requires strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance features within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (externally hosted).
Perform handson development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Build and maintain integrations using RESTful and/or SOAP web services.
Work as part of an Agile development team supporting Commercial Banking CRM users.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Support ongoing enhancements and production stability for the CRM platform.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
Collaborate with product owners, business partners, and enterprise CRM teams.
Contribute to longterm platform evolution within the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem.
