
Oracle Cloud Order to Ship Lead

What you'll do:
Lead the Oracle Cloud Order-to-Ship Platform
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Order Management, Channel Revenue Management, Inventory, Advanced Inventory, and integrated boundary applications.
Lead and Maintain end-to-end system administration, design, configuration, integrations, extensions, reporting, and data flows across applications.
Maintain system stability, scalability, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Configure and Administer Applications
Perform hands-on configuration across Oracle Cloud Order to Ship applications to support business needs.
Manage end-to-end configuration, administration, and support of ChRM components covering trade promotions, supplier/partner programs, accruals, deductions, settlements, and claims.
Perform hands-on configuration of Inventory and Advanced Inventory applications such as organizations, subinventories, locators, UOM conversions, picking rules, material statuses, transaction types, reservations, allocations, serial/lot controls, cycle counting, physical inventory (PI) and ABC classes.
Govern configuration changes by assessing cross-module and cross-region impacts prior to deployment.
Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, data models, and dashboards.
Provide Operational & Functional Support
Lead daily functional support activities including diagnosing and resolving system, process, and integration issues.
Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless O2S execution, support warehouse operations, customer master data management and channel revenue management.
Support monthly/quarterly financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve system defects or service requests.
Provide documentation and system evidence for internal/external audits and compliance reviews.
Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Troubleshoot EDI mapping issues, errors, and integration failures in partnership with business users and trading partners.
Maintain documentation for EDI workflows, partner specifications, and exception-handling procedures.
Collaborate with integration teams on interfaces with WMS, TMS, CRM, and other business systems.
Drive Continuous Improvement & Change Management
Lead requirements-gathering workshops to capture business needs and translate them into functional design specifications, technical design specifications and configurations.
Provide process and system recommendations to support standardization and continuous improvement.
Lead onboarding of acquired companies into Oracle Cloud ERP, including configuration, integrations, and data migration.
Oversee data migration activities including validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
Design, develop, and deliver custom reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflow objects using tools such as BIP, OTBI, VBCS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Support full project lifecycle activities including design, build, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
What you'll bring:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Channel Revenue Management, Inventory, and Advanced Inventory.
Solid understanding of O2C, S2P, and P2D processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher reporting, and dashboard development.
Knowledge of Procurement, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Product Management applications.
Working knowledge of EDI order flows (850/855/856) and integration troubleshooting.
Knowledge of OIC, REST APIs, SOAP Services, B2B adapters, EDI translators (SPS, TrueCommerce, OpenText), SQL, VBCS/VBS, PL/SQL, Redwood personalization, and Oracle SaaS APIs.
Abilities
Perform hands-on configuration across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules.
Lead full lifecycle implementations while supporting ongoing operations.
Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
Work independently, manage competing priorities, and demonstrate strong ownership.
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain applications with a focus on Order Management, Channel Revenue Management, Inventory and Advanced Inventory.
Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
Experience writing test scripts, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users.
Experience managing enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
Experience with POS/WMS/TMS systems or 3PL processes (preferred).
Background in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or related industries.
Certifications (Preferred)
Oracle Cloud Order Management Certification.
Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management Certification.
Oracle Cloud Inventory Certification.
Oracle Cloud Advanced Inventory Certification.
Travel
This role requires frequent travel (50-75%) during the first year to support Oracle implementation and rollouts.
