Mail Services Coordinator
Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and collaborative law firm with a national presence, seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as a Mail Services Coordinator in its Buffalo, NY office. This role provides comprehensive mail services support for the assigned office, working closely with the Firm's Mail Services Supervisor. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, and effective communication abilities. The ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment are essential.
Essential Job Functions:
Receive and sort incoming mail including legal documents, correspondence, and other relevant materials.
Scan documents and ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned images.
Print outgoing mail requests utilizing various shipping methods.
Post mail using the firm's postage machine and deliver mail to the post office.
Assist with print production projects such as creating and preparing trial materials.
Distribute mail to the appropriate recipients within the firm.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Assist in all other office duties assigned, including filing and saving documents for the appropriate file.
Required Skills/Abilities & Experience:
Associate's degree or relative experience in an office environment.
Strong organization and time management skills
Works well in a team environment
Ability to work independently within general guidelines and minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in English
Regularly required to observe and assess data and documents, in printed form and on computer screens
May be requested to work beyond normal work hours and weekends for special projects
Benefits:
The hourly rate range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers a full benefits package.
