Bubble Line Catcher
Bubble Line Catchers are responsible for preparing the final Bubble Line workstation for operation and removing finished product from the Bubble Line. They are also responsible for packaging and palletizing finished products. Catchers also assist the Bubble Line Operator when setting up or adjusting the machine for operation.
The catcher is responsible for:
Bagging/packaging bubble products coming off the Bubble lines
Setting & aligning roll cores & taping on the shaft
Threading the line
Lifting shaft (up to 50lbs)
Identifying different bubble sizes
Attaching labels to bundles/blanks
Placing finished bundles on the cart & taking to the bay location or the Mailer department
Completing quality checks as required (Perf test for length/strength, bundle/blank width, visual inspection)
Qualifications Required:
Attention to detail
Good oral communication skills
Attention to daily housekeeping requirements
Team oriented
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Pushing, pulling, lifting weights over 30lbs.
Eye/hand coordination
