Swim Lesson Instructor
We are seeking highly motivated swim lesson instructors to join our team in Charlotte with AquaTech Pool Management. As a swim lesson instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the best possible instruction and guidance in a safe and supportive environment. Your main goal will be to help students develop their swimming skills and achieve their goals in a fun and engaging way.
Minimum qualifications:
Current certification as a swim lesson instructor or lifeguard
Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels
Assess student's swimming abilities and provide appropriate instruction in alignment with swim curriculum
Ensure the safety of all students during lessons
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
