Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor who loves children and swimming. You will teach swimming lessons in a safe, fun environment and help students develop water‑safety and swimming skills.
Job Responsibilities
Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, creating and implementing lesson plans.
Conduct group and individual lessons, provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintain a clean, organized teaching environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures, attend monthly in-service training, and track student progress.
Work 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back-to-back and be available for at least one weekend shift (8:30 am–3 pm).

Track student swim progression throughout the levels.
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
Work 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes in a row.
Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 am–3 pm (Saturday or Sunday).
