Join a fast-growing medical device manufacturer producing life-saving catheter components used in critical procedures. This is a hands-on, detail-focused cleanroom role where you'll assemble extremely small parts under a microscope. Perform microscope assembly of tiny medical components (coiling wire, small tubing, etc.)
Use small hand tools to build and inspect delicate parts
Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination-control standards
Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain high attention to detail while meeting production goals
Complete a hands-on dexterity assessment during the hiring process
Communicate with your team and support a positive, quality-driven environment
Follow all safety and company procedures in the cleanroom
Ability to work under a microscope for long periods
Comfortable using small tools for fine-detail work
Willingness to work long hours and consistent overtime
Strong attendance and punctuality (especially during the first 90 days)
Ability to work fully gowned in a cleanroom
Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
Ability to pass a manual-dexterity hand test
Cleanroom experience
Manufacturing or assembly experience
Entry-level candidates are welcome if they can pass the hand assessment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
